  • What is Shopping Extravaganza?
    Shopping Extravaganza is a one-day, ultimate shopping experience in which ticket holders receive exclusive discounts to stores for one-day only, a catered lunch by Ruby’s, wine tasting, live entertainment and opportunities to win over $90,000 in retailer gift cards and prizes – all while benefiting local charities.
  • When is Shopping Extravaganza?
    Saturday, September 23, 2017 from 9:00 am – 9:30 pm.
  • How much are tickets to attend Shopping Extravaganza?
    Tickets are $35 per person and can be purchased online HERE.If you are not associated with one of the selected charities, you can read more about each charity HERE.
  • How much does the charity receive of each ticket?
    Each charity receives $25 for every ticket sold under their organization.
  • Where should I park?
    Free parking is available in the open-air Citadel Outlets parking lot; in the 5-story parking garage located directly to the right after turning onto Citadel Drive from Telegraph Road or in the 9-story parking structure located off Hoefner Avenue.Valet parking is available for $5 located on Citadel Drive outside of Michael Kors and Calvin Klein.
  • Is there a vegetarian lunch option?
    Yes, we will have salads available as the vegetarian option.
  • Can I bring my child with me to the wine tasting room?
    No, children are not allowed in the tasting room, even if they are accompanied by an adult. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid ID to enter.
  • How do I apply for my charity to participate in Shopping Extravaganza?
    The application process is now closed. Please e-mail Maya Kalinowski at MKalinowski@CitadelOutlets.com to be added to the list for next year’s Shopping Extravaganza.
